Q1How to choose among the 12 models?+
Shorter pitch reads more textile-like; greater height casts deeper shadows. The shallow tier (10T, pitch 36–95 mm) gives a subtle rib; the medium tier (15T — C/C-2) a defined hump; the deep tier (26–38T — B/D/E/H) bold cloud-scale relief. Choose by viewing distance and lighting. Wave, diamond and weave surface reliefs arrive with the 2026 mold series.
Q2Can wavy panels be further CNC-fabricated?+
Not available. Panels ship as compression-molded; the relief is not further fabricated. For CNC work on flat panels, see the 2D Panel.
Q3Ceiling cloud — weight and fixing?+
Compressed thickness of 3–5 mm allows the same wire / hanger grid system as the 2D Panel. A dedicated install guide is in preparation.
Q4Fire-rated (FR) or non-fire-rated?+
Yes — every model and size is available fire-rated (FR, KS F 2844 certificate) or non-fire-rated (NoneFR). Commercial and public-use spaces take the FR option; furniture and accessory uses run economically on non-FR.
Q5MOQ and lead time?+
Non-fire-rated MOQ 20 sheets — multiple colors may add up to 20. Fire-rated (FR) MOQ 50 sheets, single color. Standard colors ship immediately; other colors lead-time 4–6 weeks.
Q6Large panels up to 3050 mm?+
Custom sizes are available on every model — custom height runs up to 2760 mm on current molds. The 3050 × 1200 mm large format arrives with the 2026 molds (expanded Kuswave A/S-2 and the new patterns) — one floor-to-ceiling panel reduces horizontal seams.
Q7Dimensional tolerance?+
Due to the nature of the fabric (PET felt) material, dimensional tolerance of up to 5% of overall panel size may occur.
