2D Panel,, Walls, ceilings, furniture — one material.
A 1220 × 2440 PET sheet. CNC drill, v-cut, and cutting finish walls, ceilings, and furniture in one material.
Four thicknesses (9 / 12 / 15 / 24 T), the full 132-color PET palette, KS F 2844 fire rating.
Full sheets, tile cuts, or v-cut joinery — Tornex carries your design from drawing to install.

One material, the whole space.
From one large sheet to walls, ceilings, and furniture. Cleared by KS F 2844 for commercial spaces, with the full PET color system.
1220 × 2440 standard sheet
Cover large surfaces in one pass with the standard sheet. Four thicknesses (9 · 12 · 15 · 24 T). Custom sizes available on request.
KS F 2844 fire rating
Cleared for commercial and public-assembly requirements. The furniture OEM line uses non-fire-rated sheets in parallel.
CNC drill · V-cut · cutting
PET-specialized CNC lines (max 1.5 × 3.4 m) handle perforation, V-cut joinery, and free-shape cutting straight from drawing.
PET color system · 132 colors
Uses the full 132-color, fiber-dyed palette. Same color system, different shape. → /products/material/pet
Frequently asked questions.
Q1Sizes other than 1220 × 2440?+
Sizes other than the 1220 × 2440 standard sheet are available on request. Lead time depends on thickness and pattern; quotes follow drawing-level simulation.
Q2How to choose between 9 / 12 / 15 / 24 T?+
Match thickness to your absorption target (NRC / RT60), coverage area, and weight constraints. Walls typically use 9 or 12 T, surface-mounted ceilings 12 T, furniture OEM 15 or 24 T. 9 T and 15 T share 2000 g/m² at different densities — choose by absorption target.
Q3Fire-rated vs non-fire-rated?+
The KS F 2844 fire rating obtained at our factory is required for commercial and public-assembly spaces. The furniture OEM line uses non-fire-rated sheets for greater fabrication and finishing freedom.
Q4What CNC fabrication types?+
Three standard CNC types — drill (perforation), V-cut (joinery), and cutting (free shape or tile). Each design enters the BOM at drawing level and is fabricated under track-and-check.
Q5V-cut joinery — angles and shapes?+
45° is standard; other angles depend on thickness (9–24 T) and minimum width. V-cut joinery handles edge finishes, raised patterns, and furniture corners.
Q6MOQ and lead time?+
Interior projects ship by the sheet (one minimum); the furniture OEM line operates by BOM. Lead time varies with fabrication pattern and is confirmed after drawing review.
