A wide wall is never one panel. Line is designed around the joint.
A pattern that survives the joint
The spacing is set so the grooves continue in every direction — left, right, up, down. Across a wide wall the pattern does not break at the seams.
The PET board, unchanged
The same board as our flat PET: colour through the material rather than painted, light weight, and free cutting.
Machined in-house, made to order
Not an imported finished good — Tornex machines it. Pattern, thickness, colour and fire rating combine into one item code.

The number in each name is the groove spacing in millimetres. Only direction and spacing differ — thickness, colour and fire rating are the same across all six.

01How is the item code composed?+
Pattern, thickness, fire rating, colour — in that order.
LINE-{pattern}-{thickness}-{FR}-{colour}
e.g. LINE-STRIPE100-12T-FR-KP31
Write the colour number without a hyphen, padding 1–9 to two digits (KP01).
02Will the seams show when panels are joined?+
The grooves continue. The spacing is designed to carry across in every direction, and this has been verified by measurement. The panel-to-panel joint line itself remains.
03What is the absorption figure?+
The figures above are for the unmachined PET board (KCL test report, 56 mm air gap). Real performance depends on the air gap, coverage area and room conditions — tell us your target and we will work it through.
04Can you make non-standard sizes?+
The standard finished panel is 1200 × 2400 mm. Other sizes depend on machining conditions — send the drawing and ask.
