TORNEX Melamine Foam, In-house Fabrication

Melamine foam is an acoustic foam engineered for listening — a microscopic 6-sided open-cell network that captures and dissipates sound waves. TORNEX Melamine Foam takes VIXUM raw blocks (Dongsung Chemical) and finishes them in-house: V-cut and CNC pattern milling, Pantone custom paint coating, and flame-retardant post-treatment — all under one roof. Ultra-lightweight at 8–11kg/m³ (installable on ceilings without structural reinforcement), it simultaneously delivers NRC 0.85+ deep acoustic absorption, 9 international fire certifications, and Zero VOC indoor air quality. Starting from 9 standard patterns and 20 base colors, we cut and paint directly from the designer's drawings and color codes — redesigning a space's natural soundscape, from the quiet of an office to the resonance of a gallery. Up to 440mm thickness · max 2,560 × 1,260mm · 2–3 week lead time.

Ceiling Louver

Vertical baffle suspended from the ceiling. 5 standard patterns: Linear · Ripple · Wing · Curve · Arc. In large spaces (auditorium · lobby · office), it organizes the ceiling plane while securing NRC 0.85+ absorption simultaneously.

Ceiling Cloud

Flat or geometric panels floated below the ceiling. 3 standard patterns: Square · Circle · Hexagon. Focuses absorption on seating zones in meeting rooms, cafés, and lounges.

Wall Panel

Flat tiles applied directly to the wall. 3 standard patterns: Basic · V-Design · 3D. Combines flat interior finish (Pantone-painted color) with absorption — standard wall covering for offices, hotels, and retail.
