Tornex took part in the 61st KLA National Conference & Exhibition, held from 16 to 17 October 2024. Under the theme “Libraries, the start of innovation — from print to AI,” Tornex brought together architectural acoustic materials suited to library spaces.
The Tornex booth was dressed in carpet tile, PET acoustic board, melamine foam and wood-wool board. Rather than simply demonstrating their absorption performance, the materials were shown as partitions, desk dividers, design lighting and art walls — real applications that suggest how each material can reshape a space.
Materials on show
The booth was built from the following materials.
- Flooring — carpet tile, which absorbs footsteps and the sound of chairs being dragged.
- Partitions, desk dividers and design lighting — PET acoustic board.
- Dimensional feature walls and objects — melamine foam.
- Art walls and display shelving — wood-wool board.
Our thanks to everyone who visited and showed interest in the Tornex booth.
