Brief

VI Asset Management is an asset management firm located in the International Finance Center (IFC) in Yeouido, Seoul. As a place that handles assets, it called for a calm, refined atmosphere and a quiet working environment where footstep noise settles down.

Unlike hard flooring, carpet tile absorbs footsteps and the sound of chairs being dragged, making interiors noticeably quieter. VI Asset Management finished its floors from the entrance lobby to the executive suites with Tornex’s ANKER carpet tile.

The entrance lobby uses the ANKER LUMINOUS collection. Its geometric woven pattern harmonizes with the curved wall, adding calm order and depth to the first space visitors encounter.

The executive offices and meeting rooms use the ANKER SHADES collection. A subtle speckled pattern blends with the wood furniture and the Yeouido skyline, completing a refined floor suited to focused work.

Tornex handled everything from material supply to installation in-house, aligning the patterns and seams evenly across tiles. As a result, VI Asset Management’s workplace was finished with an atmosphere that is both quiet and dignified.
