A PET acoustic board machined with geometric figures. Same board as our flat PET — the difference is the machining.

Two patterns (a hexagonal grid and concentric arches), 9T and 12T, the full PET colour range, fire-rated (FR) or standard. Finished panel 1200 × 2400 mm.

Machined in-house by Tornex and made to order, so you can specify the item code on your drawing.

Why Geo

Not lines, figures.

Where Line is a grain of straight grooves, Geo draws a geometric figure across the face. The board stays flat; the wall does not look it.

Relief on a flat board

The shadow inside each groove becomes the edge of the figure. In Rhombille 01 three rhombi meet at a point and read as a cube; in Arch 01 nested arcs layer into depth. The panel is flat, but under raking light it does not read that way.

The PET board, unchanged

The same board as our flat PET: colour through the material rather than painted, light weight, and free cutting.

Machined in-house, made to order

Not an imported finished good — Tornex machines it. Pattern, thickness, colour and fire rating combine into one item code.

Installation direction

좌우 이어붙임Side-to-side joints line up. Stacked vertically, Rhombille 01 leaves about 25 mm of offset even in the best alignment — a property of the hexagonal grid — and Arch 01 was not designed to stack at all.

Specifying on a drawing.

01How is the item code composed?+

Pattern, thickness, fire rating, colour — in that order.

GEO-{pattern}-{thickness}-{FR}-{colour}

e.g. GEO-ARC01-12T-FR-KP52

Patterns are RHM01 and ARC01; FR is fire-rated, NF is standard. Write the colour number without a hyphen, padding 1–9 to two digits (KP01).

02Does the pattern continue when panels are joined?+

Both patterns are designed to be joined side to side.

· Rhombille 01 — horizontal joints line up exactly. Stacked vertically, the period of the hexagonal grid leaves about 25 mm of offset even when the rows are aligned as closely as they can be.

· Arch 01 — made to run left and right only. It was not designed to stack.

A wide wall can be run continuously. For a face taller than the 2400 mm panel, send the drawing and we will set the split lines with you.

03What is the absorption figure?+

The figures above are for the unmachined PET board (KCL test report, 56 mm air gap). Real performance depends on the air gap, coverage area and room conditions — tell us your target and we will work it through.

04Can you make non-standard sizes?+

The standard finished panel is 1200 × 2400 mm. Other sizes depend on machining conditions and how the figure lands on the panel — send the drawing and ask.
